Shipping & Handling

Orders are made and shipped between 5 - 10 business days depending on the item and are shipped using USPS.

shipping is adjusted based on weight and destination.

Tracking Information

Every order comes with tracked shipping. 

Currently I only ship within the United States and everything is shipped using USPS.

You can track your parcel and sign up for text alerts via the USPS tracking page. Tracking information should be provided once shipping labels are created.

Please contact us at kiana@kianarama.studio, if you have not received your package after 3 weeks domestically.

Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Cancellations are only accepted if we have not shipped out your order yet. Once I ship your order I can no longer cancel it. Please allow 3-7 business days for the funds to process.
